| Description |
Single Cone Cutters Assembly is designed for removing scale deposits from straight and curved, ferrous tubes. Assemblies should be slightly smaller than the tubes ID. The innovative design of the cones ensures a thorough cleaning. In watertubes boilers, cone cutters are the most effective cleaning tools for all conditions.
The Single Cone Assembly consists in one cone element that is mounted on a joined articulation, and it's designed to be used on straight tubes from 29 mm to 59 mm, or in curved tubes from 32 to 60 mm.
Codes are as follows.
For STRAIGHT tubes:
SCA-100 for 29-32 mm (1 1/8" - 1 1/4") ID;
SCA-112 for 33-25 mm (1 5/16" - 1 3/8") ID;
SCA-125 for 37-38 mm (1 7/16" - 1 1/2") ID;
SCA-150 for 40-45 mm (1 9/16" - 1 3/4") ID;
SCA-175 for 46-51mm (1 13/16" - 2") ID;
SCA-200 for 52-59 mm (2 1/16" - 2 5/16") ID.
For CURVED tubes:
SCA-100 for 32-35 mm (1 1/4" - 1 3/8") ID;
SCA-112 for 38-41mm (1 1/2" - 1 5/8") ID;
SCA-125 for 45-48 mm (1 3/4" - 1 7/8") ID;
SCA-150 for 51-54 mm (2" - 2 1/8") ID;
SCA-175 for 57-60 mm (2 1/4" - 2 3/8") ID. |
