| Description |
Disc Cone Cutters Assembly is designed for removing scale deposits from straight and curved, ferrous tubes. Assemblies should be slightly smaller than the tubes ID.
The innovative design of the cones ensures a thorough cleaning. In watertubes boilers, cone cutters are the most effective cleaning tools for all conditions.
The Disc Cone Assembly consists in three cone elements that are mounted on a joined articulation plate, and it's designed to be used on straight tubes from 60 mm to 95 mm, or in curved tubes from 64 to 102 mm.
Codes are as follows. (The replacement cone is shown in the right)
For STRAIGHT tubes:
CDC-101 for 60-71 mm (2 1/2" - 2 13/16") ID, (RCO-100)
CDC-102 for 73-84 mm (2 7/8" - 3 5/16") ID, (RCO-100)
CDC-103 for 86-95 mm (3 3/8" - 3 3/4") ID, (RCO-112)
For CURVED tubes:
CDC-101 for 51-78 mm (2 1/2" - 3 1/16") ID, (RCO-100)
CDC-102 for 79-92 mm (3 1/8" - 3 5/8") ID, (RCO-100)
CDC-103 for 94-102 mm (3 11/16" - 4") ID, (RCO-112)
